Peroneal neuropathy mainly presents with unilateral foot drop and variable sensory deficit. In this article, a case series of unilateral/bilateral peroneal nerve palsy secondary to prolonged squatting during peanut harvesting was reported. The four patients presented were aged between 12 and 21 years. All patients showed signs of peroneal nerve palsy in the electrophysiological examination. The present article also reviewed the clinical evaluation, rehabilitation approaches, and prognosis of posture-induced peroneal neuropathy in light of the current literature.
